Your purchases will be sent directly by courier from China to your door. You will receive an email with your order confirmation number and your shipping tracking number. With this tracking number you can track the progress of your purchase.
Please allow 14 days for delivery of your handbags although we are much faster in most cases.
Please make sure you enter the correct shipping address and contact number.
Delivery ONLY to the address assigned to the credit card user.
You are responsible for reshipment if you provided us with an incorrect address.
You are responsible for any government charges when the package arrives to your Country. You assume ALL costs.

Lot of sites declare "Free Shipping" but acturally the cost is included in the prices you pay. At Europurses.com, we only charge for a flat rate of $9.95 for all shippments around the world. It's more clear because you are paying for the products and shipping seperately and the more you order, the cheaper each bag costs in shipping, just as the way it is.

If your tracking number starts with M or V then your package has been shipped with UPS and you should track at www.ups.com
If your tracking number starts with EA then your package has been shipped by EMS in which may be tracked at www.ems.com.cn then with your local postal website.

RETURNS:
We are certain that you will find your purchase from Europurses to your complete satisfaction as each item is hand inspected for quality control. We understand however, that every customer is unique and we are flexible to meet your particular needs. Customer satisfaction in our products and services is our top priority.
If for any reason, you are not content with your purchase please contact us immediately.
We will then provide instruction on where to return your bag(s). You must return the product(s) within seven days of receipt for exchange or refund. A 15% restocking fee will apply. You must send your returned package via courier at your own expense and provide us with a tracking number in order for a refund/replacement to be issued.
Please take under consideration that the returned package will be returned to China. Refunds are made in the same form as initial payment (ie. refunded on your credit card) and may take up to seven business days to process after we receive the tracking number for the returned goods.
Kindly include when you contact us the following information. This will expedite the processing of your return.
- Your full name and the date the order was placed and received
- A list of the product(s) to be exchanged or refunded
- The reason for the return of the products
